Our RWA Tokenization
Framework
A coordinated, step-by-step approach designed for listed small- and mid-cap companies and their advisors.
The 5 RWA Tokenization Steps
1. Client Intake & Initial Assessment
This initial phase is dedicated to evaluating whether a project is legally, technically, and commercially viable for tokenization. We conduct a deep dive into the issuer's profile, current tech stack, and the asset's market potential to ensure it is credible and launch-ready.
2. Client Onboarding & Strategic Planning
Once approved, we begin formal onboarding to transform the vision into a concrete roadmap. We establish the necessary legal entities (such as SPVs), define the technical architecture including token models and custody solutions, and finalize the deal's tokenomics.
3.Development & Regulatory Execution
This is the operational core of the process where regulatory filings, technical development, and capital planning are executed in parallel. We code the smart contracts and build investor dashboards while simultaneously securing jurisdictional approvals and drafting investment documentation.
4. Pre-Launch Preparation & Final Approvals
In this phase, the focus shifts to validating the system and securing final approvals to ensure a seamless entry into the market. We obtain written regulatory confirmations, deploy the production version of all smart contracts, and conduct final integration tests across wallets and dashboards.
5. Token Launch & Ongoing Partnership
Following the launch, our focus shifts to sustaining the token's ecosystem and driving long-term scale. We support the token’s lifecycle through DEX/CEX listings, liquidity management, and secondary market strategies, while ensuring strict ongoing regulatory adherence.
Our Role vs. Our Partners
AGORACOM RWA DBX focuses on strategy, issuer relationships, and overall coordination. We are not a broker, dealer, or exchange. Legal structuring, token issuance, and exchange operations are handled by independent regulated firms. This separation allows each party to focus on its core expertise while maintaining a clear, compliant framework.
